Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management)

 

Human Resources Management is critical to achieving organizational effectiveness in today’s business environment. Participants will learn how to leverage and develop their skills to achieve creative and innovative organizational goals. The Diploma in Business - Human Resource Management aims to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills required to perform effectively as Human Resources Practitioners. The primary purpose of the course is to provide qualifying students with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate within the human resources environment. This qualification equips students with the ability to undertake human resource functions such as administration, management, industrial relations, and employment equity and skills development. On successful completion of the programme, graduates will be able to seek positions in the field of Human Resources Management encompassing human resources planning, administration, labor relations, recruitment and selection, training and development as well as remuneration.
