Bachelor of Teaching (Dhivehi and Islam) will enable teachers to gain a deeper understanding of the inner workings of the classroom while allowing them to upgrade their qualifications to a degree level. Furthermore, this programme will allow teachers to build their skills and theoretical knowledge as well as engage in relevant issues in education.

Applicants to this course should have minimum qualifications described as below:

  • GCE A/Level or equivalent OR
  • An MNQF Level 4 qualification in Teaching
Alternative Criteria
  • Completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of an MQA approved university preparation program

  • 20 years old, completion of secondary school, 2 years of relevant work experience and successful completion of an MQA approved university preparation program.
